Denny Premier ‘A’
The big Premier A game on Sunday between Listowel Celtic and Castleisland Afc finished all square with a goal each from Bryan Murphy and Sean Brosnan . Listowel Celtic are three points behind Castleisland with a game in hand and looks like if the top three teams all win their remaining games these two sides will need to meet in a playoff to see who will reach the league final against Tralee Dynamos.
St Brendans Park moved up to fifth place with a win away in Dingle on Sunday . Brendan Coffey bagged a brace with James o Sullivan getting one but the goal of the day came from the Parks joint manager Peter Williams who rolled back the years with a back heal from the edge of the penalty area .
Camp United took all three points from their visit to Woodlawn on Sunday against Killarney Athletic . Best for Killarney on a tough day were Damien McCormick and JP Mullins .

Denny Div 1 ‘A’
Castleisland B team secured promotion to Denny Premier A on Monday night with a win over Castlegregory Celtic . Mazza Moriarty gave Castleisland the lead with a cracking shot from 20 yards but was cancelled out with a goal from Shane Kenny . The winning goal came in the final minute when Danny Feehan struck home from close range .
Castlegregory Celtic bounced back straight away on Sunday with a win against Castlemaine United to stay in second place and keep their promotion dream alive . Tomas Butler , Maurice Slattery and Damien Finn were the Castlegregory goal scorers.

Denny Div 1 ‘B’
Listowel Celtic are promoted to Denny division 1A but will have to wait another while before they know who they will face in the league final after a big win over a depleted Athletico Ardfert side on Monday night . Bryan Murphy was the main star on show grabbing a hat trick with one each coming from Shane McDonnell and Paudie Quinn .
Na Fianna are up to fifth place with a win over Athletico Ardfert on Sunday . Paul o Connor and David Dillon both scored twice for Na Fianna with Pa Donegan getting the only Ardfert goal.

Denny Div 2 ‘A’
Sporting Listowel and Mastergeeha B could not be separated on Saturday night in Listowel . This result now means that if Mastergeeha win their final game they will be promoted ahead of Sporting . Tomas McCarthy and Ed Stack were the goal scorers for Sporting Listowel . Sadly their was a very serious injury to Corey Mitchel of Mastergeeha during the game .All involved with the Kerry District League would like to wish Corey Mitchell a speedy recovery and hopefully he will be back on the pitch again soon .

Greyhound Bar KO Cup 1st Round Replay
After playing out a 1-1 draw last week Spa Road were unable to full fill their fixture in the repay this week . CG Killarney will now face Listowel Celtic in the 2nd Round .

Greyhound Bar KO Cup 2nd Round
Premier B side Fenit Samphires got passed the challenge of Division 1B side Tralee Athletic on Sunday after an excellent game of football. Fenit lead at half time by two goals to one but Tralee Athletic fought hard and were just 3-2 down until a late injury time goal settled the cup tie . Sean Foley was man of the match with two goals for Fenit Samphires while Sean Allen and Ger McCarthy got one each . Breandain Savage scored both goals for Tralee Athletic.

Dominos Pizza Reserve Cup 2nd Round
Classic Fc came form two goals down on Friday night to win with 35 minutes to go against Mitchels Avenue. Lazar Radulescu and Lorcan Seymour scored for Mitchels Avenue but these were cancelled out with goals from Aston Mugabe and Dennis Cosgrove . Timmy Lynch then scored to give Classic the lead with twenty minutes remaining but Mitchels were handed a life line when Classic Keeper Gary Kissane was shown a straight red card and a penalty awarded to Mitchels Avenue . Sean o Reilly struck his penalty to Kenneth Leahy’s right where Leahy guessed correctly to touch the ball around the outside of the post . Denis Cosgrove grabbed his second with ten minutes remaining to secured victory for Classic Fc who will face Killarney Celtic B in the next round.
Non League side Ballybunion Fc are into the third round after a win over division 2B side Strand Road on Sunday afternoon .
AC Athletic and Killorglin Fc B will have to meet again to see who will advance to the third round . Stephen Goggin bagged a brace for AC Athletic with Brendan Breen & Paul Brown getting the Killorglin B goals .

Jimmy Falvey Memorial Cup 1st Round
St Brendans Park and Fenit Samphires will have to do it all over again before we find out who will face Listowel Celtic in the quarter final . Dwyer Tobin gave the Park a first half lead but mid way through the second half the game was level with the aid of an OG . Tommy Lynch out the Park back in front with fifteen minutes left but a strike from 25 yards out with the last kick of the game by John Dillane means the sides will met again in Fenit in the coming weeks.
