Keanes Jewellers Champions Trophy
Castleisland Afc advanced to the quarter final of the Munster Champions trophy with a fantastic win away against Broadford United . Castleisland ha taken an early lead with a goal from Stan Divane but found themselves 2-1 down at half time . Dean Poolman levelled matters in the second half to see the game into extra time . After twenty minutes and no more goals the tie would be decided by a penalty shoot out . In the shoot out Kevin Moran turn out to be the hero when he saved two spot kicks . Castleisland will now have a home quarter final tie against EMC from the Cork B&S League .

Tralee Dynamos picked up their first win of the season away in Dingle thanks to two goals from Gintarus Paketuras and one each from James Sugrue, Shane Guthrie & Jonathan Hannafin . Dingles goal scorers were Ryan Begley and Joe Sheehy .
St Brendans Park and Killarney Athletic share the spoils after an eight goal thriller . Jamie Doolan gave Athletic an early lead but was cancelled out by a Fergal Maunsell goal . Killarney Athletic went back in front when new signing Lubo scored in his 2nd consecutive match and then went further ahead in the second half that’s to a Gavin o Shea goal . Stefan Okunbor pulled one back for the home side before the Park levelled matters thanks to Con Barrett . Killarney Athletic again took the lead with ten minutes remaining with a goal from Caiman Mangan . St Brendans Park were then reduced to ten men after Mark o Sullivan was shown a red card but the drama was not finished as Fergal Maunsell levelled matters again in the final minute with a fantastic free kick form just out the penalty area .
Killarney Celtic travelled to Camp and took all three points thanks to goals from Joe Hurley and Cathal o Shea in the first half which was added to by a second half strike from William Courtney .

Classic Fc and Asdee Rovers played out an entertaining game on Friday night in Mounthawk Park . Classic took an early lead when Mark Tangney headed home a Denis Cosgrove cross after good work from Kieran o Regan . Asdee drew level just before the break when Kieran o Regan handled on the line and was shown a straight red by the match referee . Gary Kissane did Brilliantly to save the penalty and the rebound but it was finally put away at the third attempt . Both teams finish with ten men after Asdee had a player sent off late in the tie .
Fenit Samphires notched up a huge score in their fist game of the season . The scorers were Daniel Clinton and Ray Walsh with two each while Ger McCarthy, Bill Mullins, Kieran O Mahony and Darren Lynch all scored a single goal each .
Inter Kenmare secured their first three points when they defeated Killarney Celtic B team in Kenmare on Sunday afternoon . Stephen o Shea bagged a brace with one each from Josh Crowley Holland, Shane o Sullivan and Aj Christian .
Spa Road travelled to Mastergeeha and got their first win of the season thanks to two goals from Danny Roche .

Castleisland B team produced a strong performance on Friday night to get passed Castlemaine United . Danny Feehan gave the home side the lead within the first 10 seconds before going on to score three more goals with a man of the match display . Martin Moriarty got the only other Castleisland goal .
AC Athletic and LB Rovers played out a one one draw in Mounthawk Park on Saturday night . Ian Mannix gave LB Rovers a first half lead but this was cancelled out by John Mike Dooley with only ten minutes remaining .
CSKA Tralee and Skeliga Fc had an enthralling game in Mounthawk Park on Sunday afternoon with eight goals and four of them being scored in the last five minutes . Mike Griffin scored twice for the home side with Tommy Hayes and Phil Horan also getting on the score Sheet . Skeliga who were two down at half tight fought back to take a point with goals from Chris Farley , Stevie Boyle and two from Sean Cournane .

Tralee Athletic took all three points from Ballyduff on Sunday morning . Luke Reidy gave the away side the lead but this was cancelled out midway through the half . Brendain Savage restored the visitors lead early in the second half and this was extended that’s to an OG . Brendain Savage got his second before Colin Slattery score the fifth for the Tralee Side . Rattoo Rovers did pull a consolation goal back before the final whistle went .
Killorglin B team got their new season off with a win against Annascaul Fc . Annascaul took the lead from a Tommy Pierce Penalty . Shane Riordan levelled matters before the break . Killorglin got off to a flyer in the second half when Shane Riordan grabbed his second . Mikey Houlihan finished off the scoring with twenty minutes remaining .

Classic Fc put the disappointment from the previous week to get their first win of the season with goals from Mark Tangney , Billy Clifford , Danny Carroll and veteran Damien Reid who will surely have something to say to the A team manager Timmy Lynch after this .

Mitchels Avenue B team continue their good start to the season when they took all three points against new boys Abhann Li . John Finn o Brien bagged a brace for the winners with the third coming from David Hennessey

Killorglin Fc and Killarney Athletic share the spoils on Saturday after noon in Killorglin . Killarney Athletic dominated the first half and were ahead at the break thanks to a Mark o Shea goal . The second half saw the home side on top and got a deserved equaliser with ten minutes remaining from Darren Houlihan who was playing his first game at youth level .

St Brendans Park travelled to Celtic Park in Killarney to face Killarney Celtic and both sides played out and entertaining draw . Donagh o Brien gave the away side the lead in the first half which was added to by Ruairi o Kelly in the second half . Killarney Celtic never gave up and they pulled one back thanks to Stephen McCarthy and as time was drifting away they levelled matters with a goal from McCarthy again who headed powerfully home from close range .
