Umbro FAI Junior Cup 5th Round
Listowel Celtic advance to the last 32 of the FAI Junior Cup with a well deserved win against Knockainey Fc from the Limerick District League .Kevin Bambury had given Listowel Celtic the lead but the game was all square when Knockainey scored n the 93rd minute and the game went to extra time . Aiden Quinn and Bryan Murphy both git on the score sheet early in the first half of extra time and despite Knockainey pulling a goal back in the final minute the Listowel men were no to be denied their place in the last 32 . They will now have a home tie against either EID Fc or Cretyard Fc early in the new year .

At half time this game looked over with St Brendans Park four nil up against their opponents who had only nine players . In the second half Rattoo got their full eleven onto the pitch and made a real game of it and in the end only lost by a single goal. David Courtney , Mike Conway and Raman Laucher all scored two each for the Park who picked up their first league win of the season . Mikey Boyle getting a hat trick for Rattoo Rovers .

Killarney Celtic B team ended Ballymac Galaxy’s 100% record on Saturday night in Celtic Park . Matt Keane opened the scoring and this was added to with further goals from Vladimir Sirotak and William Courtney .
Fenit Samphires move to top spot in the division on Sunday after they made it six wins out of six against Classic Fc . After a tight first half Fenit got the only goal courtesy of Klaudio Dema .

AC Athletic picked up their first win of the season on Thursday night when they defeated league leaders Castleisland B team with a single goal from Joseph Diggins .
Castleisland B got back to winning ways on Sunday with a win against QPR . Mazza Moriarty , Ray Huggard and Niall Casey were the goal scorers for the home side .
St Brendans Park B team moved up to second spot with a win at home against Skeliga Fc . Adam Barrett bagged a brace with Jason McCoy getting one .

Killorglin B team move up the table after a win at home against Tralee Athletic on Sunday . Tralee Athletic were ahead at half time with a goal from Breandain Savage but goals from André O’Sullivan, Stuart Delaney, Tommy Cahill and Sean Costello sealed a convincing win for the home side .
Annascaul Fc picked up their first of the season on Sunday with a win against Shanakill Athletic . Timmy Smith and Aidan Cox got the goals for the Annascaul Men .
CG Killarney move to the top of the division with a win over second placed Listowel Celtic B team on Sunday in Killarney . Brendan Fuller was on target again with two goals with John Foley getting their third .

Tralee Celtic extend their lead at the top and remain unbeaten after nine games with a win against second placed Mastergeeha B team on Friday night .
Sporting Listowel move up to third place and leap frog Mitchels Avenue with a one nil win on Sunday morning . The Sporting goal came from Cormac Mulvihill .

Ballyheigue Athletic extend their lead at the top and inflected Inter Kenmare B team with their first defeat of the season . Inter Kenmare B team were two nil up at half time but a strong second half by the home side and two goals each from Jordan Brick and Robert Creaske .
Shannon Wanderers move up the table with a narrow win against Abhann Li and Sunday morning .
Strand Road Fc picked up another win to go along with some good performances of late thanks to the only goal of the game from Jamie Leen who has now scored four in his last three games .
AC Athletic B team maintain their place in second position with a win over Mitchels Avenue B team on Sunday evening . Keith Carmody scored twice with Colum Harty also getting on the score sheet .

Mastergeeha’s great cup run in the FAI U17 Cup ended on Sunday against an excellent Herbertstown side .

Castleisland Afc move up to third with back to back wins this time against Killarney Athletic . After a scoreless first half the game exploded in the second half with nine goals . Blake Bolster score twice for Killarney Athletic with Adam Dennehy getting their third .

Killorglin Fc move up to joint second place with a home win against Ballylongford Fc on Saturday afternoon .
After last week when Listowel Celtic and Asdee Rovers played out an eleven goal thriller with Asdee winning on a 6-5 score line no one could have predicted another thriller . Again this time Asdee came out on top by a single goal , this time in a nine goal thriller .
