On Saturday night we will find out what side will represent Kerry in the last 32 of the Munster Junior Cup when St Brendans Park and Tralee Dynamos meet . The winners of this game will have an away tie against either Drinagh Rangers from West Cork or Blarney United from the MSL .

Looking at the early form from these two sides it is fair to say that Tralee Dynamos will start the game as favourites when you consider they have played six league games and are still unbeaten with their only loss of the season coming in the FAI Junior Cup against Killarney Celtic . In the first round of this competition they travelled away to Dingle and won on a score line of 4-3 . The reward for this win was a home tie in the second round against Fenit Samphires which they won comfortably by two goals to nil . Tralee Dynamos have scored a total of 24 goals in nine games this season and have conceded 13 goals along the way . They will look to experienced players like James Sugrue , Maurice o Rahilly , Shane Guthrie ,Steven Conway and Derek o Brien to help them get over the line on Saturday night .

St Brendans Park have had a mixed start to the season and have already had a change of management but are on the back of three good results with them unbeaten in their last three games with two wins and a draw . They have played only four leagues game and last Sunday saw them pick up their first win if the season against Rattoo Rovers . In the Preliminary round of the Munster Junior Cup the Park defeated Tralee side Classic Fc on a narrow 3-2 score line . The first round again saw Tralee opposition in Mitchels Avenue and it took penalties for the park to advance to the second round where they were away against Killarney Celtic . A very young St Brendans Park side picked up a big win in this game by five goals to nil to set up the all Tralee Final . This season so far they have played 10 games scoring 39 goals and conceding 28 goals . The Park will look to their more experienced players like Con Barrett , Mike Conway , David Courtney , David Rodgers and Fergal Maunsell to help the younger players along and steer the Park into the next round .

The last time these two side met was in the Greyhound Bar KO Cup Final in 2013 which saw St Brendans Park come out on top by a single goal which was scored by Aaron Eager Moriarty in the 89th minute . That game was a typical Tralee derby with neither side giving their opponents an inch and Saturday night should be no exception . Both these sides can score plenty of goals but also have been conceding them of late and with them both having the same goal difference of plus 13 going into the weekend it should be another exciting but tight affair .
