Kerry’s final away game in the regular season ended in defeat on Saturday away in Galway against Salthill Devon . The team have just one more game in the regular season on October 2nd against Limerick Fc before they take part in the Shield knock out series.

Shannon Town 2-2 Fenit Samphires , Fenit win on pens AET .
Fenit Samphires travelled to Shannon on Sunday and came away with a place in the second round thanks to a win in a penalty shootout . Shannon Town took a first half lead which was cancelled out with a goal from John Moran to send the game into extra time. In extra time again Shannon Town took the lead but with two minutes remaining Fenit Keeper Eoghan O’Brien when up the other end of the field to powerfully head home a corner to send the game to penalties. After 12 perfectly taken penalties Eoghan O’Brien saved Shannon Towns seventh penalty leaving Ryan Dolan with the honour of scoring to send Fenit into the next round where they will face another trip to Shannon to face Shannon Olympic .

Premier A side Dingle Bay Rovers proved to strong for Premier B side Classic Fc on Friday night in Mounthawk Park . Joe Sheehy scored twice for Dingle Bay Rovers with Luke Burgees , Cathal Sheehy, Jason Hickson getting one each while Cian Sheridan and Shane Fitzgerald both scored for Classic Fc.
Tralee Dynamos claimed the bragging rights in the big Tralee derby on Saturday night when they over came St Brendans Park Fc. Danny Roche gave Tralee Dynamos the lead which they held until the half time break thanks to a missed penalty from the Park. Donagh O’Brien squared the game at one apiece mid way through the second half but a winner from Jamie McIntyre two minutes form time sealed the win for the Dynamos with the park finished the game with ten men.
Killarney Athletic are into the next round with a win away to Inter Kenmare thanks to a superb hat trick from Shane Lynch. Brian Clifford was the Inter Kenmare goal scorer .
Two early goals from Gary Keane secured Premier A side Killarney Celtic’s place in the next round against Mitchels Avenue from Division 1A on Sunday morning.

Castleisland B 4-2 Mastergeeha Fc .
A repeat of last seasons Denny Division 1B final between AC Athletic and CSKA Tralee took place on Saturday night with AC Athletic again coming out on top. Jason Diggins put AC Athletic ahead in the 55th minute but was cancelled out with a penalty from Anthony Shanahan in the 87th minute. With the game looking like it would finish all square Jason Diggins popped up for his second to seal the win in the 89th minute.
Killorglin Fc have made it two wins from two with a win against Camp United on Sunday morning. Camp started the better of the sides and were 2-0 up after twenty five minutes. The comeback started with only a half hour to go when a well taken free kick by Paddy Collins found the top corner. The game was all level minutes later when Sean Costelloe scored from the penalty spot and Camp were reduced to ten men. Killorglin scored the winning goal in the 75th minute when Brendan Breen scored for the second game in a row.
Castleisland B team remain unbeaten after three games and moved to the top of the table with a win against Mastergeeha Fc on Sunday morning. Johnathan Downey scored a hat trick for Castleisland with Shane Loughlin getting one . Scott O’Mahoney and Derek Breen were the scorers for Mastergeeha Fc .

Castlegregory Celtic have made it two wins from two in Denny Division 1A with a big win on Sunday against Asdee Rovers. Micheal O’Dowd scored a hat trick for the home side with one each coming from Enda Whelan ,Damien Finn, Steven Speirs and Brandon Hoare .
Athletico Ardfert and Ballyheigue Athletic picked up their first points off the season with a scoreless draw at Mounthawk Park on Sunday afternoon.

Strand Road Fc 4-3 Windmill United .
Killarney Athletic B 2-3 AC Athletic B .
Classic Fc B team picked up their first win of the season on Sunday morning when they defeated Ballymac Celtic . Tommy Sheridan , Timmy Lynch and Ryan Carrol were all on the score sheet for Classic Fc .
Last seasons Denny Division 2B finalist Strand Road and Windmill United faced each other again at Mounthawk Park on Sunday and again it was Strand Road who just came out on top in a seven goal thriller. Michael Wrenn scored twice for Strand Road with Richie Hurley and Anthony O Connor getting one each while Gary Savage scored twice for Windmill United with Paudie Bailey getting one.
AC Athletic B team got their season off to a winning start with a win away against Killarney Athletic thanks to a hat trick from the ever reliable John Mike Dooley.

Castlemaine United B 1-0 Abhainn Li .
Clanmaurice Fc 5-1 CSCB .
Ballybunion Fc 4-2 Mitchels Avenue B .
CS Abbeydorney got their first win of the season when they proved to strong for Tralee Bay Fc on Sunday morning. Stevie O’Sullivan scored four goals for CS Abbeydorney with Colm McCarthy getting two and the other coming from Tommy Hayes .
Castlemaine United B made it two wins from two thanks to a Wayne Coffey goal against Abhainn Li on Sunday morning.
CSCB played their first game in three years in the KDL on Sunday and came undone against a well organised Clanmaurice side. Gene Murphy has the honour of scoring CSCB first goal of the season while Cathal Kearney scored twice for Clanmaurice Fc with Steven Murphy, Padraig O’Carroll and Johnathan Quilter got one each .
Ballybunion Fc moved back to the top of the division and remain unbeaten after four games with a win over Mitchels Avenue in a game that saw six goals and three red cards. John Langham was once again on the score sheet for Ballybunion scoring twice on Sunday with Daniel Walsh and Jamie Culloty getting one each. Jamie Greene scored twice for Mitchels Avenue B .
