Information 

Fixtures 
The fixture secretary John O’Regan will fix games for weekending Sunday 13 June, Sun 20 June, Sun 27 June, Sun 4 July, Sun 11 July, Sun 18 July, Sun 25 July. Clubs can re arrange a fixture by bringing it forward if both teams agree so the fixture is played within the same game week. The fixture secretary must be informed of any change no less than 48 hours before the fixture. Some games at Mounthawk Park may need to have a time change due to league of Ireland fixtures. A walkover will be deemed as a 3-0 result. 
Match Length 
Group games 90 minutes (45 mins each half) , 3 points for a win and 1 point for a draw. 
Knockout matches must finish on the day, 90 minutes normal time (45 mins each half), Extra time 20 mins (10 mins each half), penalty shootout if needed. 
Match Squads 
Maximum of 18 players allowed in a team’s match day squad. 11 starting players with 7 subs (use printable KDL match day cards , Click here for printable match card ). 
Subs can be used in the roll on – roll off system (a player substituted may re-enter the game at a later stage). 
If a club has more than 1 team in the competition a player can only play for 1 team. He cannot move up and down between squads as he becomes cup tied once he plays for any team.  
Knockout Qualification  
Each team will play each other once in the Group stage. The top two teams in each group will advance to the Denny Challenge Cup with the remaining teams going into the Greyhound Shield competition. 
If teams finish level on points in the group stage, they will be separated using the following procedure, 1. by goals difference, 2. goals scored, 3. goals against, 4. head to head result, 5. most wins , 6. least losses, 7. open draw.
