Killarney Celtic once again have made it into the last 64 of the FAI Junior Cup thanks to a home win against Lenister Senior League side St Kevins Boys. Stephen McCarthy opened the scoring just before half time but second half goals from Wayne Sparling ,Matt Keane and Jared Barton secured their place in the next round.

Classic Fc and Listowel Celtic picked up a point each on Sunday morning at Mounthawk Park. Ashley Kelliher put Listowel Celtic ahead in the opening 45 minutes . Mike Conway equalized for Classic in the final ten minutes

Castleisland Afc moved two points clear at the top of the division on Sunday morning thank to a home win against Tralee Dynamos Fc. Stephen McCarthy had Castleisland ahead at half time. Second half goals from Aidan O’Callaghan and Mike Hanafin secured the three points for Castleisland.

Camp United travelled to Killorglin on Saturday night and came home with all three points to move four p0ints clear at the top of Denny Premier B and now nine points ahead of Killorglin Afc. Jason Hickson, Gearoid O’Shea and Andrew Finn all scored for Camp United with Lee Carey and Eoin Clifford scoring for Killorglin Afc .

Ballyheigue Athletic came from behind on Monday night to claim all three points and move into joint second place in the division . JJ Prior put Athletico Ardfert ahead early in the first half but this was cancelled out minutes before the half time break when a Pa McElligott free kick from twenty yards found the top corner. The winning goal came in the final quarter when Pa McElligott saw his free kick crash back off the crossbar and Michael Leane was quickest to react to head home.

Castlegregory Celtic moved five points clear at the top of Denny Division 1A on Friday night at Mounthawk Park with a convincing win against Ballyheigue Athletic. Alan Fitzgerald scored twice with Brandon Hoare getting his ninth goal of the season and Maurice Slattery getting his eight .

MEK are in third pace and just one point behind the league leaders after a win in Ballylongford on Sunday morning. Breandan Savage scored twice for MEK with Jack O’Driscoll, Bogdan Pop, Conor Collins, Joe Donovan and Darragh O’Regan getting one each. Jake Kelly scored twice for Lenamore with Shane O Sullivan getting one .

St Brendans Park made their exit on Sunday from the FAI Youth Cup at the hand of Cork side St Marys.

Killarney Celtic are into the last 16 of the FAI Youth Cup after they defeated Bearna in Galway on Sunday. After falling behind to an early goal Celtic struck with six unanswered goals with Terry Sparling getting tow and one each from Padraic Looney, Jason Kerins, Dylan O’Callaghan, James Darmody . Killarney Celtic will have a home tie in the last 16 against either Villa Fc from Waterford or Naas Afc from Kildare.
