Fenit Samphires 3-3 MEK Galaxy

Fenit Samphire and MEK Galaxy both picked up their first points of the season on Sunday morning when they couldn’t be separated thanks to a last minute equaliser for Fenit at Mounthawk Park.  Chris Murphy, Jamie Culloty and Conor Gaynor all scored for Fenit with Conor scoring for the second day in a row after scoring for the youth side on Saturday. MEK Galaxy’s goals came from John Foley , Conor Murphy and a stunner from Tadgh Fleming .

QPR 2-2 Ballyhar Dynamos

Ballyhar Dynamos are into second place in the division while QPR picked up their first points of the season at Murt Scott Park on Sunday morning. All four goals came in the second half with Donnacha O’Sullivan and Padraig O’Connor scoring for Ballyhar while Shane Reen and James Dennehy scored for QPR.

Rattoo Rovers 3-4 Killorglin Afc

Killorglin Afc after an up and down start to the league campaign picked up a big three points away against Rattoo Rovers on Sunday afternoon. This result see’s Killorglin move up joint fourth place just one spot behind Rattoo who are five points ahead but with two more games played. Dylan O’Sullivan scored twice for the winners with Paul McKenna and Audie Dunlea getting one each. Padraig Boyle scored twice for Rattoo with Liam Boyle getting one.

Ballyheigue Athletic 2-3 Dingle Bay Rovers

Dingle Bay Rovers got their first win of the league campaign on Friday night against second placed Ballyheigue Athletic with Thomas Lynch ,Danny Feehan and Oisin Smailes getting the goals for the winners.

Asdee Rovers 3-0 Atletico Ardfert

Asdee Rovers moved into third place with three points from Atletico Ardfert who sit bottom of the division after three games.

CS Clochain Breanainn 2-6 Castlemaine Utd

Castlemaine United moved back to joint first position alongside CS Clochain Breanainn after they made it 7 wins from 7 in Denny Division 1B. Dylan O’Neill scored twice for Castlemaine with Cathal Moriarty, Padraig O’Brien and Wayne Coffey getting one each.

Killorglin Afc B 1-4 Inter Kenmare

Inter Kenmare moved into third place after they travelled to Killorglin on Sunday morning and came away with all three points. Alan Murphy Reeve scored twice for Inter Kenmare with Fintan Davies and Daniel Taylor both getting on the score sheet. Keith Curtin was the Killorglin Afc B goal scorer.

CS Abbeydorney 0-3 Mainebank Fc

Mainebank Fc extended their lead at the top of the division when they defeated winless CS Abbeydorney on Sunday morning at Mounthawk Park. James Long, Brendan Delaney and Tommy Buckley got the goals for the winners.

Kilmoyley Athletic 3-0 Sneem Santos

Kilmoyley Athletic moved into fourth place with three points from Sneem Santos who sit bottom of the division after three games.

 

 

Munster Youth Cup 3rd Round

 

Killarney Celtic 7-1 Castleisland Afc

Killarney Celtic are into the fourth round of the Munster Youth Cup after they proved to strong for Castleisland Afc on Sunday . Evan Looney and Terry Sparling both scored a hat trick each with James Darmody getting one. Killarney Celtic will host Cork side College Corinthians in the next round.

Atletico Ardfert 1-3 Rattoo Rovers

Rattoo Rovers moved three points clear at the top of the north section with a win against Atletico Ardfert at Mounthawk Park. JP Carroll, Rhys Doyle and Mikey Kelliher scored for Rattoo Rovers while Colin Walsh scored for Atletico Ardfert.

Ballyhar Dynamos 0-6 Inter Kenmare

Inter Kenmare are up to second place in the south section after a big win away to Ballyhar Dynamos on Saturday morning. Corey Murphy scored twice for Inter Kenmare with  Tadgh O’Donoghue, Mark Torpey and Sean Lucey getting one each.

Killarney Athletic 3-2 Mastergeeha Fc

Killarney Athletic extended their lead at the top of the south of the division with a last minute winner against Mastergeeha Fc at Woodlawn on Saturday. Matt Fleming, Jack Cooper and Damien Switzer scored for Killarney Athletic with Philip O’Leary and Adam O’Sullivan scoring for Mastergeeha Fc.

St Brendans Park 3-5 Fenit Samphires

Fenit Samphires moved up to third place after they picked up three points away to St Brendans Park on Saturday. What makes this result even better for Fenit was the fact they only had ten players but finished the stronger scoring twice in the last twenty minutes to secure the win. Damien Doherty scored twice for Fenit Samphires with Gavin Burrows, Eddie McCarthy and Liam Tobin getting one each.
