Newmarket Celtic B  1-4  Killarney Celtic

Killarney Celtic are Kerry’s only side to advance to the open draw (last 64) of the FAI Junior Cup after they defeated Newmarket Celtic B in Clare. After falling behind to an early goal Killarney Celtic took control of the game with Danny Roche scoring two first half goals. Celtic wrapped up victory with further goals from Peter McCarthy and Michael Devlin.

Castleisland Afc  4-3  Tralee Dynamos

Castleisland Afc moved to the top of Denny Premier A with a win at home against Tralee Dynamos on Sunday morning. Jonathan Downey scored twice for Castleisland with Padraig McCarthy and Barry Lynch getting one each while Ivan Kolarevic ,Przemyslaw Skrzypczak and Dillon Robinson scored for Tralee Dynamos .

Listowel Celtic  1-2   Killarney Athletic

Killarney Athletic picked up three points away to Listowel Celtic on Sunday morning to move up to 5th place in the division. William Courtney with his fifth goal of the season and Sean Cournane where the scorers for Killarney Athletice while Aiden Quinn got on the scoresheet for Listowel Celtic .

Killarney Celtic B  0-0  Camp United

Killarney Celtic B and Camp United picked up a point each from their encounter at Celtic Park where neither side managed to break the deadlock.

Mitchels Avenue  4-0  Castleisland B

Mitchels Avenue are up to fourth place after they defeated joint second placed Castleisland B in Mounthawk Park on Sunday afternoon. Lorcan Seymour scored twice for the Avenue with a goal each for Scott Hennessey and Nathan O’Leary.

Athletico Ardfert  3-5 Skeliga Fc

Skeliga Fc made the long journey to Mounthawk Park on Friday night and took all three points away with them in an eight goal thriller against Athletico Ardfert. Anthony Cournane scored four goals on the night for Skeliga with Ian Moriarty getting one. Gary Hogan, Trevor Wallace and Tom Moloney all got a goal each for Athletico Ardfert.

Strand Road Fc  1-1  CG Killarney

Strand Road and CG Killarney couldnt be seperated in heavy conditions on Sunday afternoon in Mounthawk Park. Joe Donovan gave CG Killarney an early lead in the second half before Dan Kinsella levelled matters for Strand Road from the penalty spot.

Ballyhar Dynamos  0-4   QPR

QPR extend their lead at the top of the division with a big win at Murt Scott Park against Ballyhar Dynamos. Shane Reen scored twice for QPR with George Dobbins and Tom O’Sullivan getting one each.

Castlemaine United  0-1  Asdee Rovers

Asdee Rovers are up to fourth place in the division after a win at Mounthawk Park on Friday night against Castlemaine United. The only goal of the game coming from Seamus O’Sullivan with a stunning strike.

Windmill United  3-0  Annascaul Inch United

Windmill United are in third place after a win against Annascaul Inch United on Sunday morning at Mounthawk Park. Sean Kerins opened the scoring with a superb long range strike that found the top corner before Jason McCoy and Simon Daughton got on the scoresheet to secure the three points.

St Brendans Park  4-2  Mastergeeha B

St Brendans Park are into second place thanks to a home win at Christy Leahy Park against Mastergeeha B team. Mikey Burke bagged a hat trick for the home side with John Dineen getting one. Derry Aherne and Karol Gniewek scored for Mastergeeha B .

Classic Fc B  0-1  Ballymac Celtic

Ballymac Celtic are into third place after inflicting Classic FC B with their first defeat of the season. The only goal of the game came from Rafa Nana in the 90th minute.

Mitchels Avenue B  1-0  Tralee Bay Fc

David Hennessey scored the only goal of the game as Mitchels Avenue B defeated Tralee Bay Fc on Sunday evening at Mounthawk Park.

CS Clochain Breannainn  7-1  Ballyheigue Athletic B

CS Clochain Breannainn continue their great form and are now joint top of the division with a big win against Ballyheigue Athletic B. Gene Murphy scored twice for CS Clochain Breannainn with Sean O’Connor, Timothy Moriarty, Niall Murphy, Patrick O’Donoghue and Gearoid Fitzgerald getting a goal each. Brian O’Riordan got the only goal for Ballyheigue Athletic B.

Lenamore Rovers  6-2  Lisard Wanderers

Lenamore Rovers got their first win of the season thanks to a home win against Lisard Wanderers on Sunday in Ballylongford. Shane O’Sullivan and Ben Godfrey both scored two goals each for Lenamore with Daniel Barden and Liam Mulvihill also getting their names on the scoresheet. Eoin Murphy and Thomas O’Sullivan got the goals for Lisard Wanderers.

 

Munster Youth Cup 2nd Round (Kerry Area Semi-Finals)

Killarney Celtic  3-0  Tralee Dynamos

Killarney Celtic are into the third round of the Munster Youth Cup (Kerry Area Final) after a hard earned win against Tralee Dynamos with the goals coming from Michael Devlin, Lee Downing and Ruairi O’Keeffe . Killarney Celtic will face St Brendans Park in the next round.

St Brendans Park  5-1  Castleisland Afc

St Brendans Park will face Killarney Celtic in the 3rd Round of the Munster Youth Cup (Kerry Area Final) after they defeated Castleisland on Saturday at Mounthawk Park. Adam Ward scored twice for the Park with Aaron Ward, Jordan Barry and Jr Tshikato all getting a goal each.

Mastergeeha Fc  4-2  Ballyhar Dynamos

Mastergeeha got their first league win of the season at home against Ballyhar Dynamos on Saturday. Dylan Murphy and Sipo O’Neill both scored two goals each for Mastergeeha while Liam Butler and Harry Doody scored for Ballyhar Dynamos.

Asdee Rovers  1-11  Ballyheigue Athletic

Ballyheigue Athletic moved to the top of the Denny U17 League North section after a big win away against Asdee Rovers on Saturday. Sean Sheehan scored four goals with Ciaran Casey and Luke McCrohan getting two each while Rory Duggan, Sean Murphy and Jamie Lee also got a goal each for Ballyheigue Athletic.
